Step 1:    Choose your item from our webstore

Step 2:    Complete your checkout  (this creates your order to us, we then have your details)

Step 3:    Receive an email from us asking how you wish to pay

Step 4:    Choose the option to pay at Bank or Al Ansari Exchange (once we receive notification we will process your order) 

                Choose to have your order Payment collected from your home. ( orders processed same day )

Step 5:    Sit back and relax we will do the rest and deliver your order straight to your door 7 days a week.

Options: 

Embroidery orders:   Please allow an extra 5 days for your embroidery to be completed.

Notice to Customers

When placing an order for embroidery on your new garment please be precise with your requests i.e. colour, font, logo, flag etc as these cannot be changed afterwards and we accept no responsibility for any mistakes given when ordering embroidery services.
